Enquiry privacy.

Victory Oluku Studio uses the name, email, website and project information you submit to assess your request, respond to you and manage the resulting business conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and access

Enquiries and private follow-up notes are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Access to the studio inbox is limited to authenticated, authorised administrators. Cloudflare processes requests to host and protect this website.

Spam protection

The enquiry service uses a short-lived form token and a time-limited hash of your connection address to limit spam. These protection records expire within two hours and are cleaned up as submissions are processed. Please do not include passwords or sensitive customer information.

Your choices

You can ask Victory to correct or remove your enquiry information, or withdraw your permission for further replies, by replying to the studio’s response. If you have not received a reply, submit a new enquiry headed “Privacy request” using the same email address. Your information is used only for handling your request and any work you subsequently agree.

Enquiries can be archived when the conversation ends. Record removal is handled by an administrator; this initial system does not automatically delete archived records.
